basically he talks about how he wanted to do a special event for the month of Septmber( Chuseok) and prepares a special event spinning the wheel and throwing the dart. And he finally throws the dart and lands on 20% discount. And in the first scene where they're counting the money, it says takeover. Next one says plus one month(before the calender scene) and the last one says 30% discount for the last one. That's why Rookie was crying. So in conclusion he hoped everyone spent a good holiday.
