When I heard the rumors regarding the bad effects of Ajinomoto, I immediately ask doctors regarding the glutamate content of Ajinomoto, which according to rumors causes cancer. The doctors answered me that there is no scientific study or any kind of study that tells ajinomoto causes cancer or any kind of diseases. In fact, in recent studies, ajinomoto or monosodium glutamate helps our digestive system functions more well.
