Your vid displayed some common errors in making of tutorial vids... namely poor organisational skills. You did not present the common errors that are common in PowerPoint, you didn't discuss why they are errors or even why your fixes are any better than the original slides. Just saying" A is bad, B is good" does not make it so.

Well I didn't waste my time with this video -- at least now I know to avoid anything by "Expert Village" in the future.

Instead of teaching people to change color of an overloaded text slide, try to teach them how to reduce the amount of information that is displayed on a slide.

Are you kidding me? There are no explaintions to why the changes should be made, thus not really helping anyone to learn.

It doesn't really adress common errors at all as the title says.

Finally the changes that are made are stupid, taking away contrast to make it look more graphicly appealing makes the usability of the presentation go down to pretty much zero.
