Terrorists or not, the prisoners at Guantanamo bay have been under inhumane conditions. They have been tortured. Worst of all is that many of them haven't been given a trial! What if some of them are innocent? For those that are terrorists, they are still people and should not be treated so cruelly. For me, it's either to jail for criminals or the death penalty. Never torture. It will be much better if they are in a U.S. jail. Giving back Guantanamo Bay to Cuba will be good, too.
