Yeah it's very cool to have the Viliv S5 playing my iTunes or at times the radion from iTunes through my car radio. I have both the S5 and the Archos 5 IT. I use them both and depends on what I plan on doing, so I grab the one I will need for the day. Since getting the A5 IT, I have been able to take it for the short trips that I know won't need the S5.
Yes when I need to access the internet I just connect to my BlackBerry and I'm able to use the internet, email, etc... I used it on vacation while hiking in the mountains and posted pictures back home for family to view. Works very nice.
I have the stock radio, but it has a AUX input. What I purchased is the BlackBerry Gateway BT, which is a device that accepts A2DP connection. This is connected to the AUX input on the car stereo so then I just paired the Viliv S5 to this and plays all music, sounds, etc...
wow brother you are totally pimped out with that set up lol I'm just playing but seriously that's awesome.
I'm getting my S5 tomorrow and will see if I will keep my Archos 5 IT or stick with the Viliv S5

There is a version with inbuilt HSPA Mobile Broadband. Here in Australia it works with any Mobile data provider. I use it with 3 and Telstra.

How about the details on how it communicates with your car stereo? Is your headunit stock or aftermarket? How do you install/use A2DP, etc...?
