  • thank you. Going to try it right now!

  • My dad discoverd this method by acident one day. a lot less time consumming than his old Dasiy Butter churn..........and your puppy looks like she was cold....

  • You can roll the fresh made butter in wax paper and make a Franforter out of it and then easily mold it however you want!!! Uzi

  • I love the tangy goat milk - fresh just pasteurized! I make yogurt and Labaney and hard cheeses - the Rokefort and the Camembert are best I love the blue green mold/

If you lift release the bowl down when the butter is made and let the whisker the the butter flies out and you don't have to clean it off with the knife and spatula. Also you can rinse the butter off with water and just pour it off until it comes out clear - seems easier to me!!! TY Love your YTUBE videos Uzi

  • I'm glad you liked it. In my opinion, fresh goat butter is the best!

  • I am going to make butter today or tomorrow! I will have fresh milked goat milk when my goats give birth this summer July Auguat then I will skim some fat off the top and make great white fresh goat milk butter!!! Just have to pasteurize and make it!!!

    Uzi

  • I've made butter before, but this method looks a lot easier than putting the cream into a jar and shaking it! I've thought of doing it this way before, but for some reason I never tried it.

  • @JumbaFan It is so easy and the butter comes out perfectly. Glad you liked it :)
