It was definitely filmed by someone outside the landing module and not mounted (fixed) on some solid object. The camera shook in several frames as it focused on Armstrong's downward movement. It was definitely taken by someone. The whole scene is a fake sold by NASA to the world.

I had an uncle who worked for NASA in the 60's, and I had heard him as early as 1970, quote that last line of the classified transcript exactly, 'we've put the mirrors down, but whoever is in those ships over there will probably just come over and rip them out tomorrow...'...real shame that NASA won't share the actual footage and full transcripts. One, if we are supposed to "listen carefully" to what they are saying, KILL THE MUSIC while they are talking! Makes it harder to hear. That said, I don't buy this. One simple reason. I REMEMBER the moon landing - watched it on television, with live broadcasting. Nothing was cut, that could have been the audio we hear here. Nothing. Not saying the moon isn't interesting or that there could not be secrets, but this audio didn't happen.

It doesn't flap unless they are touching it. The moon flag had a metal bar at the top to keep it extended. This made it so people could see it. Kind of useless to plant a flag if nobody can see it. I got this from a official website....so they used more color film than black n white but at any rate they did not send US all the pictures they was and still are secret:)
