I like statement anwar hadi.. Kebebasan akademik harus dipandang bagaimana mahasiswa memberi idea baru untuk inovasi dan kreativiti di dalam bilik kuliah. Contohnya, perbincangan dengan pensyarah secara bebas tentang isu sensitif di Malaysia. Cetusan idea tersebut menghasilkan kemahiran berfikir dan buat kita faham bahawa setiap benda ada pro and con.. I honestly feel like there is time and place for everything. They are in a universities funded by the government, WILL work for the government, and will get a degree that will make them a government servant. I'm not pro government or even pro opposition too, but what they did just made more people scared to join what they fighting, even if they are fighting for a good cause. Maybe if they hold and improve their idea at least until they graduate, they CAN achieve what they want.

I honestly feel like there is time and place for everything. They are in a universities funded by the government, WILL work for the government, and will get a degree that will make them a government servant. I'm not pro government or even pro opposition too, but what they did just made more people scared to join what they fighting, even if they are fighting for a good cause. Maybe if they hold and improve their idea at least until they graduate, they CAN achieve what they want.

well..im agreed with u anwar hadi...for me, goverment gave the student opportunity untuk belajar kat suma U kat malaysia...yg dok nak pakat masuk mana2 parti tu wat apa...habis kan belajar then masuk la politik kalo betul korg nak masuk pun...jgn abis kan duit loan yg goverment or swasta bg kt korg just nak wat bnda2 cani...xsalah nk msuk politik n xsalah nk ada hak kebebasan suara for mahasiswa...but in a moderate way la..is just enough to know what happen rather than get involved with it..

Hmm.. memang pelik kalau nak dikatakan sebab.. AUKU ni ditubuhkan tahun 1970. Masa time ni kan ramai pelajar-pelajar Universiti ni buat demonstrasi (Anwar Ibrahim antaranya). Jadi, kalau nak bubarkan.. kenapa tak masa zaman Anwar jadi Menteri Pendidikan dulu? Lama kot dia jadi Menteri (zaman-zaman suruh pakai bahasa baku dulu).

Adam adli dan kawan2 patutnya menjadi tidak political jika betul2 mahu berjuang untuk Mahasiswa. Kita dapat lihat adam adli dan rakan2 amat begitu rapat dengan ANWAR. In Islam, never did a fatwa or ijtihad made by Mujtahids saying that it is haram to do a demo. To take in2 example frm the Prophet SAW himself regarding demonstration, there is a history of “Sumpah Halful Fudhul” which was attended by Rasul SAW himself.

He had been found guilty and r being detained from continuing his study for 3 sems JUST BECAUSE he manifested his DISAGREEMENT with DS Najib by lowering his flag. At the first place it is ‘HARAM’ (not permissible) in Islam to hang the picture of any famous figure with the intention to idolize (mengagungkan) him.

(Cont.) To make it clearer, ill give u an example of a result of AUKU in my campus. Im a medical student. One day we were discussing forensic medicine involving high profile case. Eventually we understood how the authority misused their power at that time. but unfortunately, we were told to make that discussion being ‘only between those 4 walls’ (of our lecture hall). Meaning that, we should not ever bring that outside the hall, or else...who knows what will happen to him and to us?

Ive heard cases where my colleagues were detained in ISA, and our lecturers quit teaching due to the unjust government policies. It’s such a waste that we didn’t get to learn from such ppl with political awareness and were good teachers.

u need 2 b careful in making videos where many parties r involved, especially in this case, where UPSI students, AUKU and the government, and other 'mahasiswa' were all either directly or indirectly involved.
Thus, u have 2 b holistic in ur approach of making such remarks, taking in2 account all those parties. Unfortunately, u did not (especially explain the reasons behind the demo against AUKU), therefore ur video results in further misunderstandings and useless arguments.
