hi elle, i have the mac stuff that was used ifor this look, expect for the mineralize skinfinish petticoat, so i got a porcelain pink skin finish, i also used L'OERL TELESCOPIC mascara because i do'nt have makeup for ever smoky lash, but my parents are going on a detour acoss the us so when they get to new york my mum, as you say mom, is going to sephor to get the mascara puls NAS Laguna Bronzer, , love your video's elle keep up the good work, big fan.

i lovee the look but what are paint pots and pigments? like why do you use them?

paint pots are used for a base, so your eye shadows stick onto your eye better and won't crease.

And pigments are like powder eye shadows, rather than pressed eye shadows.

A good substitute for the tan pigment from MAC, is the Bon Bons eyeshadow. Its like a little kids brand, but iit works. My 7 year old neice buys it all the time, and I use it sometimes :)

No but you can get it at Wal-Mart, in the makeup section. Bon Bons only has about 3 eyeshadows, so the one I'm talking about shouldnt be very hard to find.

Petticoat and underage have become two of my staples. I bought a backup of Petticoat when it came out, I love it! It goes well with everything. And underage is a gloss I grab for all the time, you can't go wrong with it. I'm super pale, as well ^^ Just wondering, MAC wise, what shade are you Elle?

do paint pots work as well as products like UDPP and TFSI? you know, for priming your eyes so your shadows dont crease

It depends, its different for everyone! if you have oily lids than it will probably work well because the paintpots are kind of drying. But if you have dry lids, then they get kind of flaky! However..i use the painpot as a primer all the time and it works well! BUT not as good as the two faced shadow insurance! ;-)

for tan pigment you can use a light brown or a sand-ish colour,

for mulch a darker brown and for BLACK tied... black?
