burden sharing does not work....mathametically and morally! norman lowell has the answer...14 miles out at sea!! it worked in australia with diversions to christmas island so why not malta diverting boats libya? in the end these people are BREAKING THE ISLAND'S IMMIGRATION LAWS...punto e basta! they should be treated as law breakers. Malta needs to learn a few lessons in border control before the whole island becomes like albert town...ie uninhabitable to its original residents.
