  • nice setup. what about the rain.

  • @amanda1985mandy this vid is about 3 years old. When it did rain or during cold weather i took them inside where they all had terrariums

  • what if it rains :o

  • looks great!!

  • i want that for my berdy

  • great setup man i have always wanted an outdoor enclosure

  • nice set up can you messege me some info about beardies as im getting 1 for christmas

  • @megagolf101 shut up and stop being gay

  • i like it trying to convinse my mom to buy me one :|

  • aww so cute!!

  • i wouldn't let my beardies live outside. i mean they would have a larger place to live but what if it rains?

  • @Thecmprlp They would melt... simple as that.

  • @Thecmprlp They're not living out there, he probs takes them out when its sunny and when the weather gets bad he keeps them inside :D

  • To the idiots:

Beardies dont die in the wild all the time from impaction, they are fine on natural substrate.

Birds arent gonna get it cause their is a chicken wire top.

Those beardies are fucking happy. I relocated mines tank near to my window ad he just wants to go out there.

  • you can tell you love your beardies! are they tame can you let them run around and hold them?

  • cant the out side sand and stuff give them parasites

  • @partyfreakable yes parasites

  • Next thing you knoe an bird comes down and snaches your pet

  • Great Video, Gay Music lol. Nice outdoor enclosure tho! Thumbs Up for this video.

  • i love ur setup just two things i hope the temp is right and u need a top so like a hawk or somtin dont have a free lunch

  • Alright, for all of you ignorant people who keep saying "omg just use play sand!" well play sand will impact them quite easily and will harvest bacteria in an instant. Dirt is actually closer to their natural environment then sand. Inland Australia is in fact sand, but its extremely compacted and is like hardened clay. So stop hassling this guy when he is definitely caring for his beardies in a TEMPORARY cage just to catch natural UV

  • @ThePonz131 i agree with you on the bacteria part of using playsand but once the bearded dragon is almost fully grown they can be kept on playsand with little risk of impaction, unless they are bieng fed live food on the sand. The bacteria is the reason i left sand and went with and eco earth/dirt mix, it looks really natural and is easy to clean.

  • im getting a beardie soon........but i dont think im gonna keep it outside, they would freeze in the winter and thats probablly way to hard to take care of

  • @Sprunchy1 they arent outside all of the time you silly goose =P

People will sometimes have temporary outside tanks to put there reptiles in during the summer time for a fe whours a day so they get fresh air and natural uv rays

  • dibidipidoo haha

  • @MegaGolf101 dont be gay, check out my other vids where u can see that this is just a outdoor cage for them to recieve some real sun light. I had 5 tanks when i kept beardies (this vid is old) and u can see the setups i had.

  • @shanethebarroomhero i didnt know that statment was homosexual, and you have no clue what your talking about

  • @shanethebarroomhero dont be gay? how was what he said homosexual in any way? haha

  • @MegaGolf101

    lol.

Your not too bright, are you.

  • @MegaGolf101 They get natural uv rays and a sense of being "undomesticated" when they are outside.. My beardies are outside too. I have videos of them check them out.

  • @MegaGolf101 honestly? play sand? you really use play sand, one of the most harmful substrates for beardies, and here you are dissing this guy's wonderful setup! Maybe it doesn't much appeal to your critical eye, but I ASSURE you, the dragons don't give a damn. They have natural sunlight, a ton a space for roaming, and sufficient places to hide and conduct thermoregulation. So go whine on some other person's page.

  • @MegaGolf101 hey mega. what is a beardie? an animal. a reptile.. thats luxuirous for an animal. how about u put him in the real desert where he belongs and see what happens? beardies need space to run around and play. not sit in a 6 inch by 8 inch cage under artificial sunlight..

  • WOW Awesome Cage! If I would be your beardie I would Defo LOVE to live there!! :]] and I mean this in real xD Iwould Love to live there :D

  • @Bibushka66 thanks

  • dirt? poor beardies...........just get clean play sand

  • @paintballforever24 sand? poor idiot.........Beardies live in dirt......never sand

  • How many males are in there?

  • @acehockeyplayer there was one

  • thats big

  • what do u do when it rains?

  • @reinstadler1 they probly hide in there hide and its probly like a awsome bath and it provides miosture

  • luv it well done

  • wat about da birds

  • @jaybehackney he has a screen over it you can see it in some parts of the video

  • @applepro100 thanks

  • all ur effort to build that and then u leave it!! wow it must have cost you a buck aswell!!

  • @FISHmann100 lol it cost about 600$ or so. its still at my dads house so its there if i need it. thanks for commenting

  • as long as its before fall. they probably love the open space

  • dude thats cool! i want one now

  • is that dirt?

  • @PureKHAOSS yes

  • @shanethebarroomhero wow im not even going to say anything

  • @PureKHAOSS thats prob a good thing. do ur research first

  • lol the music really fits

  • cool that its outside but what if it rains and the bearies sink in to the ground but could but a soon roof on it so rain wont get in

  • well this is diffrent lol

  • do they live in that all time or just when it warm?..

  • awesome vid! beardies and ska reggae!! <3 <3

  • how old do they have to be for me to put one in a outdoor cage?

  • any tips on how i can build one for my beardie?

  • btw they may get mites but cool cage

  • Nice work!

  • @ grugemetalchild deserts get very cold at night

  • did u breed them all?

  • thell freeze todeath at night

  • kid read the description please.

  • lol i just got a baby bearded dragon, u have given me the idea to do that wen hes abit older XD great setup

  • im building a cage like tat for my red tegu an beardies

  • cool man good luck!!!

  • Nice setup (I know you said they go in at night and in cold times of the year- but you should get that top done soon... because it only takes a second for a large bird or cat, etc... to dive in there and hurt or kill a beardie. Also, it's not good to keep beardies together (well, atleast you have alot of space)... Don't get me wrong, I think it looks great and if I was a beardie I'd want to chill there deffinately! Good job otherwise :)

  • thanks for the comment, the cage is in california and i moved to arizona. i no longer keep beardies but if u see at the end of the vid i have a screen i put over the top. thanks for watching.

  • heat source for winter ??? what if it rains?

    (where bouts u live)

  • it says it in the description, this setup was in cali about 2 years ago. this cage was only used in the summer during the day and i had tons of other tanks inside when it got too cold.

  • @oxoJedoxo yer stupid he will only put them out thar in the summer time and he has a cage inside the house

  • Is it bad not to have bearded dragons in pairs?

  • no, i kept all of my males seperate

  • that is so cool i wish i could live where you live I LOVE THE HABITAT

  • i wish i lived in a warm enough state to do that, even in the middle of the summer it would be too cold here.

  • ahah thats cool you do have indoor tanks right? sweet vid thoe 4/5

  • yea i do, ty

  • idk what people are talking about i think thats awesome! if i were a bearded dragon i would rather chill in there then a tank. as long as its the right temp i don't see a problem with it. i take my beardies outside all the time in the summer

  • dude, seriously.. beardies need about 28 - 37 degrees Celcius at day, and a 5-8 degrees drop at night.. now this outdoor cage just won't do, and i can't imagine you clear poop everyday in every corner and shelter..

about the temperature: beardies age up to about what? 12-13 years? IF taken care of very carefully. Your beardies won't even make 8 years in that cage... envirement is probably the most important thing you need to get right.. but feeding doesn't come far behind.

    Put the cage inside

  • ur kidding me... u think i dont know what im doing like this is my first time with beardies? check my other vids, they have enclosures inside as well and this is just for them to go out side in the summer. i had a bearded dragon in this cage actually that was 11 years old at the time. i know how to take care of all of my stuff and i do my reasearch before hand. before u get a bunch of people to leave stupid comments.... read the damn title.

  • cool but what heating do youhave forthat and what if it starts snowing or raining

  • they didnt live outside all year long.

  • i breed and keep 5 beardies when i started out i boo\ught everything i needed and spent a lot of money and decor for me i ended up paying aroung 780 dollors and yess im am just a kid but i know more than u may think i do

  • u can spend thousands and still have no clue what ur doing.... this may not be the case with u but the comment u put before about needing 400-600 dollars to have babbies is way too much. keeping babbies is hard and time consuming but u def dont need 400$ to raise them off the bat

  • just because you spend allot of money doesn't mean crap. you probably don't even have one beardie. make a vid of all five. if not stfu

  • now thats a dragons lair. that a bad azz cage man props.

  • thanks!

  • that is so cool...my beardie would love that!!! nice cage!

  • thanks!!!!

  • Cool enclosure, i wouldn't want to chase a beardie around that when it was time to come in though! ahha

  • nice

  • check out my beardies

  • its Ok i guess, but if it raines its shitty and

the substrate is earth ? LOL,thts a bad

and dirty substrate . but nice beardies !

  • cool cage i wish i had one of those for my beardie

  • how is reptile carpet bad :S im using it and have been doing for about a year :L

  • ok thnk you!♥

  • what do u do when it rains? cool cage by the way!

  • thanks!! i put a tarp over it when i had it. its at my dads house 1000 miles away now thou, and i sold my bearded dragons and got into ball pythons. i do miss the little guys thou

  • ok thanx!♥

  • use regurlar pl sand or calci sand those are some luky beardies

  • calci sand is BAD.

  • what kind of sand are u suppose to use for a beardie??//plzz HELP me im getting one but no clue how to take care!!

  • for a baby just use newspaper or towels and as they become a full adult you can switch them to sand such as play sand that can be bought at home depot. whatever you do though, just don't buy calci sand, it's the worst.

  • go to a pet store and find out

  • first you need about 400 to 600 dollors for babies you use newpaper for floring.you need a uvb light witch is about 65 bucks for the bulb email me so i can tell u the rest

  • dude u have no idea what your talking about like 400 to 600 for what baby beardies thats insane.and your telling the guy to get a uvb when the fuckin enclosure is outside.your an idiot

  • lol, yea some of the comments left by other people who think they even know the slightest thing about beardies, i just ignore.... riley is just prob some little kid trying to help out. but it is frustrating sometimes lol.

  • u probaly hve 4 pubs on your face thats sounds better doesnt it riley anddd sick cage bud what u do if it rains???

  • fuck u cock sucker ur just a lonely prick so go fuck yourself bitch

  • lol

  • now now boys :)

  • Riley needs a hug. :::moves in with arms extended:::

  • gives riley a hug too

  • @spoterkill Rofl.

  • To some people it might not look like much :P but its very natural looking if they were in the wild it would be like spot on and very attractive lol V large setup i like it :D im getting a beardie in a few days time im building the viv atm any pointers? i'm getting a baby male and female the owner said they may start breeding in months to coem so be warned haha tis is my first beardie ever i have snakes but my firs lizards so im not to sure on the hole breeding thing haha

  • it looks like he lives comfortable considering the size

  • thanks man, i breed snakes now but when i used to do the bearded dragons they got spoiled. some ppl spoil their cats or dogs, i like my reptiles. thanks for watching man

  • That's good they get real sunlight. Hope you bring them in at night time.

  • anyone know the song name?

  • yea

  • the song is called yea...... please tell me

  • the name of the artist is desmond dekker and the song is called "rude boy train"

  • thanks man

  • your beardies must be very happy i am thinking of doing something like this for my iguana

  • ;3 im just going to say that iguana's are vary big and need more room than bearded dragons

  • yea this enclosure would be big enough for a iguana, its 8 feet by 10 feet

  • yes i am aware of this the cage i am going to build is going to be 8 by 4 by 6 he is only about 2 feet now

  • careful bout birds, my freind did an out door cage and he left his bearded dragon (fully grown) for 5 mins came back and it was being eaten by crows. he was upset, got his air rifle and shot them. just put a net over the top or summin. =)

  • thanks for the comment, if u watch the end i have a screen top.

  • lol soz, dam my impatience should have watched the whole thing.

  • Looks great :)

  • THANKS!!

  • nothing like being outdoors in the sunlight, enjoying nature

  • thats nice

  • thanks!!

  • how do you get in???

  • i built a elevaor....... not really lol. just hoped over

  • do you still give them uvb lighting in its indoor cage?

  • when i had them, yea... i only used repti-sun 10.0 plus calcium and vitamins

  • Okay cause i heard if they spent enough time in natural sunlight during spring and summer they would only need the uvb tube during fall and winter

  • its true, just depends on how much they sun.

  • lol, i was gonna say somthing along those lines but it gets old fighting with all these 13 year old herpetologists.. thanks for the comment tho!!

  • lol hope no big birds start chillin round there......

  • there are but there is a screen top. at the end of the vid i put it over. i have moved about a month ago and the pen stayed there also. thanks for the comment thou

  • your beardies might die soon you are only aloud them out in the sun for like 20 mins i dont know why but it does tend to kill them because it kill my friends and he has one the size of his garden and its awesome

  • lol nope, but good try... read up a bit

  • Dude...they naturally live outside. How would the sun kill them. I let mine stay outside everyday!!! They love it. The best source of UVB is the SUN!!!

  • yup all yu need is a couple more branches & its great (:

  • pretty good cage. ive wanted to make an outdoor cage for my beardy for quite some time. you might want to add some more branches for them to climb on though.

  • thanks, i would add some more but i moved 1000 miles away... lol. projects like this are always fun

  • awesome outdoor pen

  • thanks

  • thats really cool you should win :)

  • love it! im thinking about doing this for my veardies and tegu! if you could maybie answer some of my questions?

  • I like it mate love the hides

  • Well its only warm for about a month here in Newfoundland, Check out some of my videos The Icebergs will be in the harbor soon!

I do plan on taking my beardies out for some Dandelions for sure this summer

  • Nice viv man, good luck.

  • Great setup I only wish I could keep my 2 beardies outdoors but that aint happening here in Newfoundland thats for sure!!

    5 stars

  • thanks!!

  • hey why can't u keep the dragons outside in newfoundland??

  • cool

  • its cool but whats the point of it when u move u can't take it with u. Plus it costs more than a simple cage and if its the bones thing and the UV lighting then just give them calcium on their crickets:)

  • He probably owns the property.

  • dad does, but i did move to AZ but he uses it for quail now

  • Why give him a minus Im sure he owns his house and lives in a warm climate I think its great he keeps them outdoors, I mean really thats where they belong not in your house. I keep mine indoors but if I lived in the proper climate and had the room they woulkd be outdoors for sure, I just dont get why you gave him a minus rating??

  • i am gunna build one like that but maybe circular and ill get matirials from the farm weld it and my mate is gunna give me one of his bearded draogons
