can you get a picture or video of the landscape during the day from the same angle for perspective? So that we can see what the view looks like in the day.

Most stores that sell patio furniture will sell LED solar powered lights (the solar cell charges a AA NiMH battery which powers the light at night). One of the most interesting varieties of this is a color changing dragonfly (red, green, blue). Kind of pretty, should get a few for my balcony.

With their shape and color change of red, green, and blue, I would very much bet that what you are seeing are a pair of LED's. If that's indeed what they are, then it's possibly just a Halloween prop gag of some variety that someone put in the cemetery. What can I say, people do will strange things for laughs.

Reminds me of the guys hanging a kit with changing LED's on it over some big city in the U.S. with the police department getting red hot phone lines from all the "UFO"calls! :-)
