Yeah, they fly well - but they look ugly. I saw a King Air the other day - looked and sounded awesome. What went so wrong with the 1900C and D that they had to add all those ugly fins, etc?

@lennywgtn That is true. When i first saw the 1900's I thought the exact same thing, however, I think I am slowly beginning to like them. I seem to have a thing for ugly planes as one of my favorites is the Pilatus Porter PC-6 lol

Cheers dude! It's about the only good thing about the Beech 1900D - you can look out the front. Apart from that, they are bl**dy ugly planes - so many protrusions to make then stable in flight... :)
