It's tough to find a review this well done. Thank you for getting to the key aspects of the notebook and characteristics not readily apparent in the product description (so many reviews drone on about the minutiae). Hopefully Dell will refresh the series with Sandybridge, which should address battery time issues somewhat.
I find it interesting that I've gotten easily over 4 hours with the V13 (triple booting Win 7, XP sp3, and Linux) and this new version only puts out 1-3 hours? *Sigh* I was looking forward to upgrading = \
@deryler at first its awesome but i kinda used it while charging so it shortens the battery life. so yeah the bttry kinda weak. my advice, dont use it while charging or you'll end up like me; a fully charged battery can only be used for 2hours tops
Great review. Why would Dell have a battery that you can't swap out? (Is this a new fad?) Especially since the battery life is so short, it would be great to have a second battery to swap in. But you can't. I agree - major flaw.
Hi Jeff, i just want to know what movie that you tested on the laptop? Look interesting, i want to see it but i don't know the name :-). Thank you very much
Man, I would love to have this one. Thanks TechBargains for showing me this video. Now just keep my fingers across.... :P and save some money (damn how long it will take me to haven enough $)
please give more attention to the hybrids featuring AMD's APU. It is better than the intel atom, especially in graphics. It is making its foray into the "hybrid" market.
Great rewiev. I am going to buy this laptop, and this video made me more sure, that this is the one, that I need. :)
