i'm getting the playseat evo for $350 (the cheapest i could find), g27 for $299 (just $50 more than the cheapest g25 i found), were did you find those prices for your seat and wheel?

Got the GameRacer Elite direct from the manufacturer in the UK for £350 that’s about 540 USD got the G25 new from eBay UK for I think about £1.60 and £20 P&P that’s about 270 USD

It is a really nice setup and i'm thinking to buy the gameracer myself. But i just wanted to know how high the seat position is. I want to settle it in front of my desk, but i'm scared the seating position is to low and i have to look up to much.

I would really appreciate if you can answer this for me. Thnx

Hi the seat is 13 inches high I sometimes use my setup with the computer monitor on my desk witch puts the monitor about 32 inches from the floor witch is just right for me check out my other videos for a biter idea hope that helps

Got it from gameracer.co.uk £365 without the Logitech G25 wheel but you can get it with G25 for £575

That looks very cool!, but is it possible to change the position of the gear stick, im from the uk so the gear stick is towards the left of the drivers seat.

Thanks again for answering my questions. Could you measure the width of the seat for me. I reckon my waist is now 39" as i've spent this winter sitting too much lol. As I would be planning on spending alot of time sittting in this seat whilst playing GT5 I would need the seat to have a few spare inches.

Thanks for the answer. Now I just need to decide between a Gameracer Pro with Seat raiser or Gameracer Elite. I have a 38" waist and im not sure whether the Elite will be suitable or stick with the wider Pro seat. Could you also tell me exactly how the wheel/pedals fit onto the plates?

Im quit big and have a 38" waist and a bad back and find the Gameracer Elite .very commutable

I have a question which I hope your won't mind answering. I own a G25 and planning on buying a Gameracer Elite ready for GT5. Could you tell me in inches the height from the floor to the top of the steering wheel. I ask because I cannot move my TV and don't want the steering wheel blocking my view. Also I don't want to have to look up to view my TV as this will give me eyestrain.

Hi I have mine set at 32 inches top of the steering wheel but it will go lower than that hope that helps

ordered this today with the g27. I haven't quite got the 84" screen so my 50" will have to do.

just hooked my pc up to the plasma so I can play Live for Speed with this baby!

what racing games do you play m8?

Dont think you will be disappointed with it very well made has for what games I play most on the PS3 need for speed shift, Grid, NASCAR 08 and 09 , Gran Turismo 5 Prologue , Colin McRae Dirt , F1 Championship Edition very good game if you have a PS3 I dont play many on the pc but my favourite are TOCA Race Driver 3 and 2 very good handling and Colin McRae 04 , Richard Burns Rally

It came yesterday and I am well pleased with it! I have been using a cheap logitech wheel for years and now having the g27 is a huge difference! Its like I need to learn how to drive again lol. Just need to hock it up to the pc and I am good to go!

shouldn't really be playing games on ur plasma. it will cause ghosting and burn-ins.

its fine m8. older or cheap plasma will cause burns. I have left a static image on my plasma for 5 hours without any sign of screen burn.  Had the tv for a year now and no problem!
