Has anyone ever noticed that Diablo is the darkest of the series? Diablo 2 was less so as well less realistic. In Diablo you fought enemies that were realistic in size. The biggest being enemies like the demon lords, King Leoric, last but not least, in fact most Diablo himself were of believable size. Diablo 2 comes along and changes it. The first main boss you fight is an over sized mostly naked demon chick. Its not that extreme. However sets the trend for a less realistic Diablo universe.
