realy cool man. hey so i just watched this and the closest thing i have to a staff is a walking stick i got in goliad, its a little uneven on the top and bottom,(the bottoms heavier than the top), ive tried practicing that one hand technique, but the stick keeps falling down my hand with each rotation, is this because im not doing it fast enough or the right way, or could this be because of the sticks unusual wight? None the less great tutorial.

try to find an object that has the center of balance as close as possible to the top of your top hand. if you can, try to get ones that have that balance point about one inch above your top hand.
