Simple Acoustic Trio simply changed it's name to Marcin Wasilewski Trio - Marcin is the leader and that was mainly his decision. They released couple of CDs under both names.

@mgs883 actually - the band was used to called Simple Acoustic Trio and that's how they're presented on their polish albums. Since joining the ECM it was decided it will be simpler to market it as Marcin Wasilewski Trio since the name was recognizable and already rung the bell (the trio played with Tomasz Stanko Quartet). The name "Simple Acoustic Trio" doesn't appear anywhere on the trio's ECM releases (three of them as of now) and is mainly used only among polish fans of the group.
