The thing with California cows is that cattle originally came from the area in Europe that includes Germany, which is on the same line of latitude as Wisconsin. Cattle evolved to be better suited to Wisconsin climate. Plus, dairy to California is a product. Dairy in Wisconsin is a culture and a way of life.
Wisconsin milk is much much better for you than California. The cows in Wisconsin are better taken care of too. The video is right... California cows just smoke all day... just like you do.

Wisconsin DAIRY is sooooooooo way much better than any dairy products California can put out. Cheese, milk, butter...ALL WI dairy is so much better.
Simply put....I would rather cut the Wisconsin cheese than drink milk from California.
