The good People at AMICA and MBSI have been working on the restoration of thease things, and this sounds a lot better know. At least its in tune (for the most part).
That's it, I gotta get Alan Erb or Max Nowicki to show me how to tune a fairground organ, and fly up to Montana and tune this Gavioli! It's no wonder he's crying, this organ sounds atrocious! I think they ought to retrofit this building to be better insulated so things don't drift in and out of tune as often.
The first automatic organ I ever heard was the Decap organ "Luise" in Sinsheim, Germany. I was 1 year old, and actually liked the music. I think the moving accordions helped.
