What these people are saying, is that American and other nationality's who are speaking English primarily, should not randomly insert Japanese words like Baka, or Kawaii, or other such things into there sentence to try and make it sound more Japanese. White Japanese {Wapanese} is often slang for American citizens trying to be Japanese. Just like Wigger is slang for Americans trying to act black. Good song, by the way.
