@ZackTheBeast99 100% your graphics card. GeForce 6 series is pretty fucking ancient as far as graphics cards go these days. Even worse it's an integrated chipset (likely only 128 megs video ram) and the LOWEST end version of the geforce 6 series. I'd get a radeon 5770 (very good for the money) or if you like nvidia, a geforce 460gtx

I already bought computer for gta IV :), it is notebook, 1.6GHz dual core, 1GB RAM, NVidia 7200 go 256 MB, SP3 Windows XP, it costs about 300 euro :D

i just installed all the needed programs for gta iv, updated video card drivers to the last (2009-03-03), but i have an integrated videocard so i made my virtual memory almost 5-6 gigabytes, and it started but loading takes about 1hour 30-45 min., not less than hour
