You can so tell that this music is early 90's.

That's probably why I love it so much. It helps me harken back to a simpler time.

When hearing this , I just imagine after we've wiped ourselves out, some being or survivor that had no memory or never existed during this time, or even one of us just finds this soundtrack and listens/understands what this song is saying. How this innocent movie and this song brought happiness and hope to a dying civilization. A song lost even in its own time. This song about how " I hope this world can keep it together".
