Regarding the DC vs PS2 ports, I've not played the DC version (nor many other DC games), but I've heard that the DC port is better and has more maps. Is this true and what other differences are there? Are there more mulators and game modes in the Dreamcast version?
@ConkerTS I have the DC version, but it doesn't get as good frames per second and sometimes it has a lot of slowdown, and the multiplayer isn't supported anymore (I think), but UT99 DC is good. Not sure if it's better than the PC version, though.
Even though I'm mainly a console gamer, I much prefer the PC version of UT over the PS2 port for one reason; the auto-aim in UT is much too generous, and cannot be disabled, making the game far too easy. Does the Dreamcast have this problem?
PS2 Quake 3, on the other hand, is such a great port that I prefer it to the PC version, that's how a port should be done. Sadly though, I prefer UT to Q3 as games go.

download pc or ps2 version from some torrent place. if you go buy it, you will have a pain upgrading it to what we all have.
i believe the max retail release was v432. most of us use v451 bro.
