For anyonoe who wonders, the wave shown isn't a tsunami. It's literally a tidal wave. There's only a few places in the world that exhibit this phenomenon on a regular basis. I remember that Turnagain Arm near Anchorage, AK, was one of these places. You would sometimes see people kayaking or surfing the tidal wave.

don´t know about Brazil, but Mani Obeya sits in a streetcar in vienna (you can even see an election poster of the mayor in the background once ;) ) and vienna is definately a good place to die.
