What are you talking about? Japan has one of the fastest internet speed in the world and has one of the highest computer per person rate.

from people who LIVE in japan I heard that japanese are really into cell phones and have all kinds of those but when it comes to computers Americans beat them also I heard that japanese mainly use cell phones to check their email and stuff...

oh, and the computer per person rate doesn't have to mean anything. Obviously, not EVERY person will have a computer... Plus, most of those computers might not be for personal use, the majority is used for military, economy, public services, etc, etc.

You have mistaken about the mail issue. In Japan, they do not use text/sms. They send text messages to each other via email on the mobile phone. I guess that is why you've mistaken. They usually have separate emails for mobile phones.

And America currently has one of the slowest internet speed in the world. The internet community in Japan is amazing. And you should read up more on Akihabara. Not forgetting many of the PC manufacturers are from Japan.

Lol, I've tried different (inofficial) betas and the R. I use Win7 since january and I don't want something different. We have iMacs in school and I use them every day, but imo Win7 is better then the current MacOS. But it's just my opinion and I don't want to start a flamewar!

Anyway, all three common OSs, Windows, Linux and MacOS have strengths and weaknesses and I use all three of them regulary (Win @home, Lin @laptop [Ubuntu], Mac @school).

Try them all and make your decision.

Windows 7 still has vulnerabilities. things to worry about with Windows is AV, adware, spyware, firewall..... all these things take up valuable time. I am not saying it is going to be bad I just want to give it some time to see how they handle this. plus Windows everyday seem like it wants to clone apple's style.

It's not a clone of the apple-style. The new superbar seems to be the same but works completely different. There are some tests on the internet which compares both the superbar and the apple taskbar. Read them.
