And I think Etta James is a national treasure but not ONLY did she not write the song, (though, nothing is wrong with that, most artists don't write their own songs, which is fine) but she was actually the THIRD to record/preform the song, it only became a superhit when she sang it though, so truely, it is NOT her song, and Celine, Beyonce, Christina, and others aren't calling the song their own, they are paying tribute to Etta James!

Most of you prob would not even be watching Celine's performance if you had not seen Beyonce do her thing, Beyonce has nothing to prove neither does Celine.

I believe Celine is capable of pulling off any type of song whether it be R&B, soul, ballad, etc. I agree that she is one of the greatest female vocalists of all time.

Thank for posting this. I just heard this Song the other day on the local Light Jazz/New Age Station and thought what a great singer doing a great cover of the "Etta James" Classic. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a great new artist ,but not surprised that it was Celine she is among the best.
