It's a Japanese PC "adventure game"--basically like those Choose Your Own Adventure books from the '80s, only electronic, illustrated, and for adults (i.e. sexually explicit!)
There's also a Shuffle! anime series, but sadly the characters aren't drawn nearly as cutely as in the game--especially Sia and Primula :(
