I'm just speechless! Thanks for sharing this blessing with us-whoever you are-lol. What a privilege it was to grow up during the "choir era" in the 80's & 90's. I'm so grateful for gifts like Dr. Mattie Moss Clark, Bishop Walter Hawkins, Edwin Hawkins, Lonnie Morgan, Twinkie Clark, Benny Cummings, Debbie Austin, Richard Smallwood, Milton Brunson, Thomas Whitfield, Keith Pringle, Myrna Summers, Timothy Wright-and so many, many others! Truly, it was a great time to be alive-and it still is!
This is by far one of the BEST Choir songs EVER! The SISTA Cynthia Stewart really grooves with this Timeless CLassic. This song really brings you into that Holy place. Edwin was doing it real big with the Music Arts Seminar Choir albums. Big Ups!!!!!!!!!!
I really would luv 2 hear Baby Sis sing God Will Take Care of U ~ can U help a sistah out RCMCPREZ ` whenever U get the chance - I soooo with the project was RE-obtainable - would love 2 show my Grandchildren my little ole name onda back of Album cover. Too funny! But thanks 4 sharing wit the KINGDOM!
chezniki, Psalm 100 was arranged/presented to the Workshop by the Talented Lead Guitarist Jonathan DeBose - I was actually a participant at Edwin Hawkins Music & Arts Seminar that year that it was held in Washington @ the hotel on 14th & Thomas Circle and recorded @ Cramton Auditorium/Howard Univ, DC in 88. We had church in rehearsal just learning the song! I wish it could go back 2 print in CD or mp3 4mat!
THANK YOU! The Gospel Choir at Cornell "Pamoja Ni" sang this song in like 1988 and Ive been looking for it ever since. Was it written by Edwin Hawkins? I want to see if I can coax my new choir director to teach us this song. Its so beautiful. Thank you again!
@evangeliggins LOL...You're welcome. Glad I could help in your search. I know how it feels to finally hear something you loved so much, but haven't heard in so long!

@gospelmusiclover542 Hello. "Jesus The Same" is already up here, posted by ioxxd90. Check out his channel. He has a lot of good classic gospel. I will try to get "That Name" posted as soon as I can. Busy working on a project right now. Thanks for checking out my post. There will be much more in the future.
Lawd, Gouche on that bass!!! He was just as cold in the 80's as he is now! Check out that lick @4:36.

I wish I was there. This song still jams. I love this song. Mr. DuBose is good songwriter. Remember Closer recorded by Daryl Coley?
