@YouBelongWithMe1235 Play both :) its fun, but you should learn to be best friends with your tuner :) this sucker is hard to tune, and piccolo isn't that hard, the embouchure is tighter and smaller but TUNING makes it the hardest instrument to play with the band :P

Ive known how to make a sound out of a flute for over a year(my mom had one and I played trumpet) but I finally learned the notes for it about 3 months ago and now im playing piccolo :D

Nice! But next time you record put the Piccolo alittle farther from the mic thing. Cuz the higher notes are being slaughter through the ear thingy. Your playing but with the Piccolo so close it's mssing it up

Your piccolo is just like (one of ) mone. Gemeinhardt 4w woodie. And yes piccolo is very difficult. I had not played flute since highschool 1970. Two years ago I lost my right little finger, It made me mad enough to create my own prosthetic finger and start really working on the piccolo. I now play with the Rio Rancho Symphonic Band of N.M. And the American Legion Band. (search youtube for Rio Rancho Band Haynes park). I am the piccolo player OKLAHOMA and MIDWAY MARCH. Keep up the great work.

haha when you play the piccollo then the flute after it feels weird xD cause you make your amateure much smaller so the flute notes come out squeky O,O :D two years experienced ..just started with the picoolo..and i think its rather easy to play (:

That was amazing! How long did u play flute before picking up piccollo? I've been playing flute for three years and I picked up picollo for marching band. I transition between the two daily due to marching band parctice and band class so I dont loose either embouchure(:
