Tecmo seems to have made some strange effort to change kasumi after this game. Like, more schoolgirl type innocent or something, but i'll bet you it was 0:58 that got players hooked to this game more than anything.

I always thought DOA was the best ver on ps1becuase most of all 3D fighting games had more success on ps1, but i bought the xbox DOA2 ult package and they talk about how wonderful DOA is in the book manual that came with the package, that is the Sega saturn DOA?

Well i always thought Saturn was the king of 2d fighting?

I just liked the good fighting elements of the series, they didn't need to be so suggestive to appeal to everyone.

That's why DO2 is my fav for the Dreamcast.

Cause it has great improved gameplay and is the least suggestive of the series.

Doa1 is good I lke Tina as a brunette Bass always looked like Hulk Hogan Dennis Rodman did his voice in DOAX beginning cutscene and ending the rest of the game is in japanese but y do ppl say that I see no resemblence

actually, no, this isn't the older version. this is actually one of the most recent ones (Even though the most recent remake is DOAU1 for Xbox)

Lucky for me, i still have this one. and, also, this DOA1 comes with 2 extra characters (Bass and Ayane)

Ayane isn't her sister, technically she is her half sister. Raidoh raped Kasumi's mother resulting in Ayane being born. That's why Ayane is hated by everyone. Poor girl *sob*
