As far as I know Tabriz is probably one of the few Azerbiajani city that has developed such belogingness to Turks. Urmiya or Zanjan only care about Turkicas a language not an ethnic group. Azeris in Tehran only care about turkic as a language not an ethnic group.

None the less it is horrible to hear such slogans in Tabriz.

Just to let you know that some of these reporters make people to do these kind of protest. If you would listen to Norizadeh's speech last week, he did start his speech with Salam to all farsi speeking people! and I send this note to him!
