What do you mix your creatine with, most people just use water, but look into using grape juice.
For creatine uptake to be enhanced, insulin release should be encouraged. Insulin functions as a kind of creatine pump, pushing it into muscles. Mix it with grape juice, make sure you get at least 100g of juice for every 5g of creatine.
I don't know what your goals are.. but your banging your head against the wall and wasting your money.. definition of SUPPLEMENTS = To add to or to support. you said you take supps because you don't like to eat... big mistake.. your primary source of energy and nutrients should always be natural foods (animal/earth grown). You'll never achieve your goals using supps as your primary source of energy and nutition.
I did/do not use supplements as my primary source of energy and nutrition. I used this on top of my normal eating habits with the goal of building muscle and strength, it worked great. To up my protein inntake to 2.5g+ protein per kg body weight I choose whey/kasein simply because of the price, composition and ease of use. Again, as a supplement on top of my normal diet.
just a tip, dont mix the creatine in overnight, wait until you drink it! the water will degrade the creatin into creatinine! a pyproduct which is useless!
You still doing ross training bro?
