Well hell with you cause we gonna keep on smokin it, whether you say it's legal or not.
You know why? Cause the prohibition of marijuana, as natural a plant as can be, is absolutely plain ridiculous, and unjust laws have been made to be fought against.
What would people do if watching TV was illegal? Think they'd stop? No, they'd watch it even more! Know why? Cause prohibiting watching TV is a ridiculous muthafucka! Same as illegalizing marijuana, so talk all you want, the earth grows it 4 us!
Sadly pot busts deliver ever greater revenue to police departments in a time when they are facing major cut backs, you should expect the police to increase action on these types of "crimes", it delivers big money for little effort and resources.
I have heard several hardcore prohibitionists explain that legalizing marijuana (or cocaine and opiates) is NOT within the power of Congress. They first claim that our "treaty obligations" supersede federal or state law. Of course, an act of Congress DOES supersede an existing treaty. When this point is made, the prohibitionists fall back on "international obligations" that all countries have whether they want them or not, like those against genocide and slavery.
People assume that government control is necessary for public safety, but again and again we find that this isn't true. In the case of the police, we assume that they protect us from anarchy. In fact, they are the anarchy that we fear.
Please vote these criminals out of office asap. They should also be put behind bars, but that's just dreaming. We must remember who these thugs are at the next election.
Chickenshit pirates. Larceny Enforcement shake down Americans for marijuana because marijuana smokers are the safest arrest to make and if the bud is good the pirates will take some for themselves.
He just said with grin on his mug that the Seattle cops can just go use the state a federal laws when ever they feel like it and they feel like doing it 300% more when they are told not too.
Maybe pot smokers should arm themselves in Seattle and teach those mother fuckers a lesson.
Lucky the Police aren't shooting the pot smokers up there in Seattle, I see the Police in Seattle put old men down for just WHITTLING WOOD, something I must remind them, IS NOT A CRIME.
pigs... guardians of the status quo, protectors of politicians as required by the 'moneypower' which is above the laws the people are required to strictly adhere too. Useless drain on a society's energy.
@DigitalSkyline That may be giving credit to folks just to dumb for that kind of critical thinking. Pigs are morons that 'follow' instructions (as closely as their lack of intellect will allow). So there is bound to be some "disconnects" with actuall reality. Maybe an "accidenta"l shooting murder, or a tasering to death, etc.... that is, IMO and experience of course.
0:28 "But you know ... everyone needs to understand something else too ..."
Cut right there. Everyone needs to understand how much money this guy is making from criminalization industry. They are rolling in it. I'm not the only one that sees him holding back his glee and joy.
@delta9999 No, this is the internet, why so cereal? I'm just asking because all that stock footage is of people smoking the ugliest, loosest joints I've ever seen. They're all crooked and canoeing.

The highest priority is lieing to the public and getting away with it by puppet government suckasses.

There are so many laws on the books that even the best researchers can't begin to tell you how many there are.
This jackass simply stating that there is a law against something is therefore ridiculous.
Call it cannibus folks, why perpetrate the propaganda word "marihuana".

Here in the Netherlands you could stand next to a cop and smoke a joint and get a ''have a nice day''
However if you throw that gum wrapper or trash on the sidewalk he will give you a hefty fine on the spot.
Different priorities.

sooooooooooo dumb to arrest and/or jail people for this. Just stupid.
Do they RECOGNIZE that if finding it is unrelated to a different offense that is a 4th amendment violation? Do they KNOW what oath they swore??

SCOTUS was wrong. Local trumps fed. Read the constitution. Seattle police should be protecting citizens from arrest at the state and federal level.

I agree with PigMine2, legalization has to be done, no decriminalization, no medical marijuana, FULL legalization.

This is what decriminalization does. Must LEGALIZE, or it will remain a cash cow for the pigs.
