Good luck on the master cleanse, I'm on day 3 at the moment, but please don't do no more vodka, that's so bad, you need to be detoxing and drinking vodka when you haven't eaten for 4 days will mess you up bigtime. I wish you strength to get through the rest of the cleanse. Keep us posted.

ok i'll stop the vodka...i can't help it!! but you're right, i need to keep my mouth closed when it comes to that. are you doing any video blogs based on your cleanse?

No I would but I'm working away from home for 5 days & don't have access to a computer. On day 4 - just got back from the gym which helped a lot. Driving 800 miles over the next week so hope its cool, check with ya l8r. Stay strong.
