This guy is not a pro. if you want to use your ti 84 to cheat you do your notes on your computer with simple a-z 0-9 characters and transfer to your calculator with the cords it came with. Then download program called FAKE from

brandonw.net/calculators/fake/

When your teacher resets your calc it fakes the reset and you enter your password that you programed with FAKE and all your saved notes and programs reappear

Problems with the video:

1. Most calculators can't do that!

2. Headphones are impossible to hide.

3. My teachers are neurotic and look over your shoulder and would see the hidden pencil notes.

4. As above, but also no labels are allowed on bottles in exams anymore.

5. They escort you to the toilet now... :-/

That way of storing notes is NOT good enough. I spend over an hour typing in notes into my calculator. While I was in EDIT mode looking at my notes I hit the clear button by mistake. All of my notes were deleted! There has got to be a better way then to go into EDIT mode.

@Educationscience don't type all of your notes on the same line of code. if you split up the notes into several lines of code and you accidentally hit clear then you will only delete a small portion of your notes. another way to do this is to make a program that actually displays your notes although this takes a bit longer it helps me to sort the information in my head with labels.

@Educationscience This may be too late for it to be useful to you, but install an application similar to noshell, which allows you to run archived programs. Then, simply archive your programs from the memory menu after writing them. Not only do they take up a bit less space, but they will not be deleted by a RAM clear.

nice! actually, storing formulas in ur calculator is not cheating. If using calculators is permitted, and storing formulas in your calculator is 'using' your calculator, then storing formulas in ur calculator is perfectly OK :)

Using the Edit option of the calc is actually pretty lame, instead you could write a program which (at least) displays your formula's, if you do this via computer you can even lock it and password protect it so that teachers wouldn't be able to get to the program's content (a better way is a password protected program that does all the work for you, but thats more advanced stuff so) my comment: THIS IS LAME and I must agree with ushmo10 STUDY instead of wasting time

Final exams tend be pretty damn brutal, with shit loads of things yo need to memorize. I wouldnt hold it against someone to cheat.

However If you cant remember anything at all then id ask why the dumbass was in the class in the first place. I myself usually on cheat on information that may be hard to remember or may be complicated

and they are like the most controlled exam in the world anyway. you can't even wear a shirt that has any english on it if you are having the english exam and if you have to go to the toilet (one exam takes about 6hrs) the teacher will check it first and then wait outside :D

here's a method that SOMETIMES works! for some teachers, when you take a test, they will tell you to put a book in between you and the person sitting next to you to prevent looking on their paper. If this is the case, open the book to the page of the section you are taking the test on, and you have all the information. This has gotten me though every spanish test, haha.

I had a CASIO and they don't came with a pc cable so I had no way of backing up my data. If it's an accepted model, the teacher has no business reseting.

If your examhall has it's own toilets it is a good idea to sneak in them before the test, you can then hide some notes wherever you want in there, and half way through the test you can go in their just by saying you need the toilet. I usually tend to save notes as a draft text on my phone though.
