Open the PDF in Preview. Click on "File" in the Menu Bar along the top of the screen, and select "Save As". In the window that opens, about halfway down, in the middle, you should see "Format" with PDF selected as the type. Select JPEG as the format and Save. Make sure you know where it is saved to. I save mine to the desktop. Then drag the new "file".jpg picture over the iPhoto icon on the dock, and iPhoto will open to import it.
Nice video. Everything worked in Pages on Mac Mini til I clicked on PDF and looked for Save to IPhoto. That command was not there and I couldn't figure out how to find it. Hope there is a way cause this is nice straightforward way to add text.
