You know you've made it when an audience sings your song back to you. Audiences all over the world have sung "Willow" back to Joan for years. It's always a moment of stunning beauty. She is an artist of the highest order. Keep your Lady Gaga's & Justin Beiber's. I am content, as many here are, to have Joan to remind us just how beautiful & hopeful music can be. The audience is beginning to sing to Joan as I write this...my eyes are getting misty. Happens every time. I don't mind.

Just saw her perform in Pittsburgh. I'm most familiar with her "Show Some Emotion" album. She played about a handful of songs from this. She sang Willow" for one of her encore songs - it was beautiful and touching, capturing the hearts of Pittsburgh as it captured this Cologne audience. Beautiful singing, Germans!!!!
