If you can get past the age difference and general illegality at younger teenage years (and hopefully this is Hermione at her most mature in the movies), then this is an erotic pairing. Hermione wouldn't let Lucius get by with treating her poorly and I'm sure Lucius would appreciate Hermione's spunkiness. And, I wouldn't be surprised if Lucius' marriage to Narcissa was basically a pureblood "show" marriage on both of their parts. It IS fun fantasy!
