Where do these people protest besides scientology functions/churches? Society, in general, is intolerant of the beliefs of others. The protesters need to find better things to do with their time. Go volunteer and feel better about yourselves.
@Observingthechaos Well, the people involved in the above video (myself included) both protest and volunteer with myriad things. The woman in the denim skirt has an EXTENSIVE activism career and I've actively volunteered in both Ghana and the United States. We protest Scientology a few times a month, yes, but we have lives and other interests -- the anti-Scientology movement is just what's pulled us together, and it's wonderful.

Not that "Hard core Christians" are into research and knowledge, but I would seriously doubt they would support an organisation that claims to be "compatible with other religions" when they are recruiting, but has as a basic tenent of belief that the "Christ story is a hoax", and that Jesus was a loser with anger issues and sexual issues...
I haven't even read any of the other comments as of this comment so this may have already been said in so many words.
Whoever the uniformed officers were, they are the worst possible example of even a drug store security guard. If they're actual cops, god help us all.
Fortunately the camera caught the private police in its gaze and they succumbed to self-expression. Instead of been hauled downtown, the team were inadvertently dragged into the tax-exempt Scientology conference, where the Ego-Dead plague spread and followers transformed, the alien souls that had inhabited the human receptacles began talking in strange Thetan languages as Nashville country and western played on the sound system. The eyes of the priests and auditors glowed.
@marcotai Your posts are transparent. When the Aryan Youth and the KKK held their protest in Nashville two years ago, I was there.

Hiring security guards isn't strange for a church, but hiring guards and telling them to break the law by assaulting people - that's more unusal. I guess the closest analogy would be the religious police in Saudi Arabia.

The best way to take down Scientology is simply to dissolve it--by telling everyone what it really is. Ron Hubbard himself said that communication is the unversal solvent. So you just communicate what Scientology is.
It was the security company who said that, and yes "we have no statement, we're turning this over to our attorneys" is actually far from the worst statement you can make. Look at that Spring Hill PD person who put his foot in his mouth by defending the actions of his off duty employees, in the previous report. It would have been better if he'd said "we have no comment on this until we've heard from the Nashville police" or something like that.
Wait a minute, there's what ap[ears to be a petrol station right next to the Cult, so, does that mean that the employees of that petrol station are tresspassing?Or what about everyone who lives or works near any of those other buiolding that are much closer to teh Cult than where the protesterws were arrested for "tresspassing"?
The CoS is extremely organized. The strength of Anonymous is that it is the oposite of the CoS in almost every way. Besides I suspect that the very second Anonymous gets a leader, allot of Anons would leave immediately.
Trust me, I've seen this happen with the Atheist community. Any attempt to organize Atheists leads to way more chaos than before.
"So you expect to take down the COS without an actual organization.
How on earth do you expect to do that?"
The same way we've been doing it for 15 months now - informing the public, spreading the truth. It's all that needs to be done in this case.
Of course SOME organization is required for the raids, for example, but Anonymous does not need to be an actual organization, nor CAN it ever be, by design.
We're an ANONYMOUS mass - that concept in itself makes it impossible for one person to become a leaderfag because each new post is simply by... "Anonymous". If you identify yourself as an INDIVIDUAL Anonymous, you're generally frowned upon, to say the least - and you would be rejected eventually, if not right away.
It's what you say that counts, not who you are.
Unfortunately, the "Anonymous" concept doesn't work as well on "Normal" boards where you NEED an individual name. Ah well...
Hi, ANGLEBOOT! I'm here to inform you. Many people have gotten out of what have been very abusive situations thanks to Anonymous getting the word out about the "church." This is serious business.
Anonymous may have been able to save Lisa McPherson, or at least prevent what happened. Don't know what I'm talking about? Google her name.
If spreading information that brings safety and relief from an abusive cult means being a kid with no life thinking I'm making a difference, where can I sign up?
The answer, of course, is to just use the power of the internets to find Anonymous, and get involved. Anonymous is decentralized, much like the Internet was designed to be.
Nobody needs to know where you live, or how much to pay you, or who's in charge of whom. Things get organized through group consensus and then they go. And it works.
People have been _liberated_. I mean it. Do some research before you call down young activists working to help people.

Anonymous would have never been able to save Lisa McPherson.
Then how is a bunch of numb nuts wanting to beable to tell people what they can do with their lives. Makes it sound like Anonymous is like a bunch of communist wanting to tell people what they can do with their lives.
She made a choice in life. No different than a person making the choice to drink and drive. Don't see Anonymous out trying to stop them.
Wow you sound like you work for Fox News. Are you sure you aren't Glenn Beck?
You really need to read the facts about what happened to Lisa McPherson, do your own research on how the cult manipulates the community they are in and their own parishioners. Read about what happened in Clearwater, FL. This is scary stuff - more scary than your alleged communism comment.
well those bunch of kids seem to be doing something to shake up COS, sounds like they are doing a little more with their life than your are here on youtube criticizing them
Why not go for double Emmy winning journalist? Or maybe an Oscar or Golden Globe for best documentary? Aim for the top and all that.
As for marcotai's question I don't quite get it. Some journalists score high-paying jobs in some company's PR department. I think we should be happy that Scientology doesn't employ experts for PR, but send people like Tommy Davis out to deal with the media. If anyone "leads" Anonymous, it's Davis. He goes first, we follow him and laugh at him.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
I hope one of them dont get you killed anonymous are hate ....why you cant see that is beyond me all there bullshit they pull on YT and there pedo chans and you still support them ,,,,,,You are an Idiot
Scientology has nothing to do with belief its a pyramid scheme which is illegal in many countries including the US. IT IS ONLY A RELIGION BECAUSE THAT WAY THE SCHEME BECOMES TAX FREE. But hey if people are stupid enough to join I hope they die because they are the real reason Scientology even exists. Die MOFO!
Nah, actually most of them are good people who wanted to do something good for the world and got suckered into the cult. Then they got brainwashed, which sort of isn't their fault.
I respect beliefs that are respectable. If you believe your mother was a llama and your father was an alien and you are a godchild destined to rule the world, I'm not respecting your beliefs. I'm mocking them, because they are stupid.
If you believe dumb things, I don't have to respect that.
That's weird I thought this was America. I guess the CO$ and the Illuminati think they can trample our constitutional rights. Boy, are they in for a surprise.
You know - if I ever protested - I would hire my own bodyguards - and if some rent a cop shit tried anything - or TRIED to touch me - they would have to deal with 4 really big dudes - me being one of them...
darthspeaks: Anon in Oslo did that last year. We hired private security from a different firm than CoS uses.
I wonder what the DSA and ED at Oslo org said when they were told that Anonymous showed up with their own security guards. It's not as expensive as you would think either.
One imporant thing is that we hired the street outside CoS for our protest. I think it might be questionable to bring private security to other people's property, unless you hire bodyguards (more expensive).
$cientology organized crime cult attacks again. $cientology couldn't handle any of their precious cash cow scilons seeing protesters, they might blow. So they invoked Fair Game and knowingly broke the law
The problem is that Scientology likes to call of of its exes liars and criminals. Pretty much exactly what that guy who said "No they don't!" is doing.
They know what the corporation of $cientology does, otherwise there would be no reason to protest. They know all the wrong the do to people and families
"rumors and lies that few people had spread on internet"
LOL -- a "few people"? You really need to do some honest research about your "religion". Scientology's unethical behavior and bullying, sneaky tactics have been documented for years.
Just because you're "mocking up a reality" doesn't mean that the REAL reality isn't still out there. Also, you're wrong in assuming that the protesters "don't know anything about" Scientology. Get educated.
An episode of South Park! I missed an episode of South park because of them! They criticize Mormons, nothing happens. Bin Laden, nothing happens. Catholics, Atheists, gangs, smoking, Family Guy, David Blane, etc, nothing happens. But criticize the Co$ and they have an episode pulled.
Please. We know for a fact that Scilons are liars, they're criminals, they spy on people, they're creepy bastards, sueing people gives them a stiffy, and they react way too badly to being criticize. wORST of all, they got an episode of South Park Pulled. Oh, and they kill people, too.
Not banned. Germany is keeping the Scientology Organization under surveillance. They'll never ban the free practice of Scientology, but they may ban the Organization some time in the future.
Ah damn. Sorry that was pretty blatant ignorance there on my part. They are still doing well. They're trying to get the public eye on Scientology, which is exactly what is happening.
Anonymous spread the Tom Cruise Scientologist video all over Youtube. Anonymous got XenuTV's Youtube channel back. Anonymous has made the Mainstream Media unafraid of the CoS. Anonymous is slowly turning the one unquestioned and feared CoS into a laughing stock. Anonymous has made allot of Hubbard's writingts common knowledge. OTIII for example.
So, how many organized religions have YOU braight to their knees?

How on earth do you expect to do that?

"So you expect to take down the COS without an actual organization.
How on earth do you expect to do that?"
The same way we've been doing it for 15 months now - informing the public, spreading the truth. It's all that needs to be done in this case.
Of course SOME organization is required for the raids, for example, but Anonymous does not need to be an actual organization, nor CAN it ever be, by design.

Mark Bunker of xenutv you are not...
CMO5569 2 years ago
You mean Anonymous doesn't have a structure let alone a ladder to climb, therefore it's impossible for Anonymous to get a Leader?
Yes, I agree, that too.
dechha1981 2 years ago
We're an ANONYMOUS mass - that concept in itself makes it impossible for one person to become a leaderfag because each new post is simply by... "Anonymous". If you identify yourself as an INDIVIDUAL Anonymous, you're generally frowned upon, to say the least - and you would be rejected eventually, if not right away.
It's what you say that counts, not who you are.
Unfortunately, the "Anonymous" concept doesn't work as well on "Normal" boards where you NEED an individual name. Ah well...
AnonRanGER01 2 years ago
yeah that's what I meant.

"Anonymous doesn't have a structure..."
In other words a bunch of kids with no life thinking they are really doing something.
ANGLEBOOT 2 years ago
Hi, ANGLEBOOT! I'm here to inform you. Many people have gotten out of what have been very abusive situations thanks to Anonymous getting the word out about the "church." This is serious business.
Anonymous may have been able to save Lisa McPherson, or at least prevent what happened. Don't know what I'm talking about? Google her name.
If spreading information that brings safety and relief from an abusive cult means being a kid with no life thinking I'm making a difference, where can I sign up?
elixwhitetail 2 years ago 2
The answer, of course, is to just use the power of the internets to find Anonymous, and get involved. Anonymous is decentralized, much like the Internet was designed to be.
Nobody needs to know where you live, or how much to pay you, or who's in charge of whom. Things get organized through group consensus and then they go. And it works.
People have been _liberated_. I mean it. Do some research before you call down young activists working to help people.
Also, welcome to the Internet.

Just a bunch of kids in a go nowhere life.
ANGLEBOOT 2 years ago
LOL - communist?
Wow you sound like you work for Fox News. Are you sure you aren't Glenn Beck?
You really need to read the facts about what happened to Lisa McPherson, do your own research on how the cult manipulates the community they are in and their own parishioners. Read about what happened in Clearwater, FL. This is scary stuff - more scary than your alleged communism comment.

I don't know, maybe in a McDonald PR department ?
If that could have been the case, maybe anons right now would have being wearing Mc clown's mask?

Without Anonymous I'd just be an Emmy winning journalist.
What a horrible life that would be.
Thanks for saving me from that Anonymous!

Die MOFO!
Jason0292 2 years ago
"Die MOFO!"
Nah, actually most of them are good people who wanted to do something good for the world and got suckered into the cult. Then they got brainwashed, which sort of isn't their fault.
Morons? Yes. Deserving to die? No.

RESPECT people's beliefs. Period.
marcotai 2 years ago
No.
I respect beliefs that are respectable. If you believe your mother was a llama and your father was an alien and you are a godchild destined to rule the world, I'm not respecting your beliefs. I'm mocking them, because they are stupid.
If you believe dumb things, I don't have to respect that.
Period.

darthspeaks: Anon in Oslo did that last year.

Wrong. Anonymous are doing well. The church was banned in Germany was it not?

Not banned. Germany is keeping the Scientology Organization under surveillance. They'll never ban the free practice of Scientology, but they may ban the Organization some time in the future.
SupremeRulahXenu 2 years ago 2
Ah damn. Sorry that was pretty blatant ignorance there on my part. They are still doing well. They're trying to get the public eye on Scientology, which is exactly what is happening.

ANGLEBOOT,
Anonymous spread the Tom Cruise Scientologist video all over Youtube.
