I had a remixed version for a while, but I just found the original on Reymeas #19. You're probably right about the name, but if you're not sure I'll wait to see what some other people think before changing it.
Yes, you can add the chung to it too, but MocaCocaCola translation is also correct. You don't need to put the "chung" in it, because it means the same thing. But I'm replying to your translation of "mother has a husband," which is incorrect unless your pronouncing aoy as 'euy'.
One more thing, if you listen to the song, Ros Sereysothea also said it without the chung, and in the beginning, she sang, that "mae bongkhom aoy mean bdey" which means, "mother force (or pressure) me to have a husband." And that's what I think MocaCocaCola was referring to when she translate "mae aoy mean bdey".
I think it depends on your regional accent. My family's from Battambong and I've noticed the differences in how some words sound compared to other cities. Like, to me, it should sound like (Gonna try and spell it as accurately as possible) "Mai Auy Main Padey" I know 'Bdey' and 'Padey' are the same word, but I've always known it to be said 'Padey' Either way, that's my two cents.

Although, I don't think your title is correct. I think it should be "Mae Aoy Mean Bdey" which is translated to "Mother Wants Me to Have a Husband."
