I sometimes pick up figures like this if the price is fair, I've got Robot Heros, Superhero Squad, Dr Who, Galatic Heros etc etc. I don't have any of the Action League but I wouldn't mind picking a few up.

This set is a good example of obscure collector service characters being picked for the loud and stylized mini figures.

Kids will pick this up because of the blue monster.
