  • Porra, muito louco.

    Gostei Mesmo.

  • just use dead down wind or scent killer. dead down wind works on chemical smell i.e cigerttes, a.t.v exuast, tool smell from truck seat,

  • how do i get the colors of burlap i need? i can only find rolls of realtree camo...HELP

  • @toysoldier91ADDPS3 Go to a surplus store, or a flora/fauna store. There you can usually buy burlap. The dyes can be bought in Walmart (If USA), or local stores. Simple textile dye.

  • How much burlap should I buy?

  • @alexandroukos1 More than u think u need

  • @alexandroukos1 a big ass amount...i bought more than 10 yards worth and im still almost out :/

  • A good scent neutralizer is what I use here in Australia and that is Eucaluptus Oil and what I do is dont wash your gear or wash it in fresh water. Put it into a plastic bag But your gear must be totaly DRY!! and put in about 10-15mil's of oil and close it and leave till your ready to go out again then the night before afew more drops, if you don't or can't get any Eucalyptus oil you can crush up lots of mint leafs, Cinnamon or even Vanilia Essence and sprinkle through your gear in the bag. Rod

  • we call that Knot a Half GRANNY Knot....

  • we call that Knot a GRANNY Knot....

  • hey, can you just use all one color of burlap for the guillie suit and then sparypaint over it

  • is this machine washable? xD

  • you have a unibrune

  • how heavy should a ghillie suit be after completion?

  • I wonder how they found out that you shouldn't wash this in the machine... :)

  • 2:45 i can barely see his ghillie suit

  • hmm monkey in a ghillie suit

  • im using jute thred is it the same thing attaching it

  • do you guys sell ghillie suits that you make??

  • Thanks for these videos, you type in stealth or camouflage in the search bar, and all you get is call of duty!

  • i like these vids but with the bulap sheding, wouldent it make an easy trail for somone following u if u were trying to escape and evade?

  • isnt that sean casey from storm chasers at 4:02

  • why are there shrooms in the messages?

  • I was thinking the same thing! how funny- these dudes are frying balls! LMAO

  • didnt know elk smell with there eyes

  • what he's saying-is elk see on a different spectrum that we as humans do-its kind of like if you walk under a black light and you have lots of lint(it sticks out like a sore thumb)some detergents leave microscopic elements that certain animals can pick up...

  • so i need a jungle hammock to use as a net?

  • 4:05 I can't see the suite!

    Its too ghillied!

    Good videos watching them all.

    5*

  • where r u filming this? im in oregon...

  • wow man was it raining?

  • how many burlap pieces do u tie on2 each square?

  • im guessing one??on the bottom of it..?hope that helped

  • depending on the size of the square, usually just one... if the square iz big then two- you will want 4 strands of jute each.

  • There is no rules....

The goal is to make you harder to spot, not to win a contest with it by how finely it was made.

do what you please, in the end, if it works, you did good.

  • Another point is to store you suit in a bag with leaves from the native fauna that you will be surrounded in to give off the natural smell.

  • Problem of this is that the fauna will rot and this creates a very distinct smell that might have the opposite effect on what you tried to archieve, depending on what you put in there.

General rule, take it out after a week, it should have done the trick already without rotting.

  • u iff posible never wash ur ghillie suit made one a year ago never washed it smells like grass and dirty and when I use it and swet I get bad body odors but thats the way it is just get a good bath when ur home so u could date ur girlfriend and life goes on hahaha

  • Also, about the washing. You should do it by hand vs a washing machine. The residual soaps are almost as bad as using a cup full of the stuff.

  • you dont want to wash it, if you wash a old ghillie suit, it takes away the natral odors it accumulated.

  • if it ain't raining, we ain't training

  • oohraw

  • I'm wondering if a desert ghillie suit would be effective at all.

  • It is, actually, pretty effective.

Given the distance a sniper operates on (above 400m) or the terrain (desert, yellowish buldings) a ghillie made from matching materials breaks up your outline enough to conceal you.

  • if you get ur fingers sticky you can rub em dirt an let all the glue get covered. makes it a hell of of a lot easier to wash off

  • WD-40 best for cleaning anything i usually use it for getting tree sap off my hands or spray paint i bet it works for the most glues also

  • Really good guide for doing ghillie suit so thanks. Ps us jungle boots are good!!!

  • A quick way to fray the burlap is dye them. then instead of hanging them to dry, put them in an OLD pillow case be sure to tie the end securely, then put it in the dryer. Be sure to tie the end of the pillow case I didnt then found a nice burlap mess in my dryer, by the way burlap is highly flamible, food for thought. But if done correctly it comes out perfect!

  • Dying helps fraying a lot, so that is a good tip, but some people like to REALLY fray theirs. If you are one of those try pliers.

  • Hey guys I was just wondering if I could use a roll of burlap for mine the strands have spaces about a half a cm. what do you think?

  • yeah, it would probably be fine so long as the color is right or you dye it.

  • dude i made one of these for woods ball and i got a sniper no one could see me commin and i dominated

  • can some one tell me the best colors to use for desert enviroment

  • tann, natural jute, a little of greens and darck browns

  • Please check out part 8 of these video's for more information on desert environments.

  • @GhillieArnhem im using jute/burlap string instead of taking the bags apart is that ok??

  • @TheUprisingNinja tan brown tiny bit of black (only if there is some shade) or other shades of tan.

  • @TheUprisingNinja light brown, dark brown, tans...that kind of stuff

  • One of the best ghillie suit ive seen PARA111(+)

  • Im using Hunting Blind material that doesn't shred, its a stronger, more durable fabric thats easy to work with.

  • how would you do all this in mission?

  • you do it before

  • nice dude,

  • ghilliearnhem, you are a god!! thanks for putting up all these vids. is this from the actual dvd "the art of camouflage"? or from another vid. if its from the actual video i hope they dont take it down for copyrights =[
