you're using the wrong twilight savefile, im assuming that you are using a US version of LoZ: TW. The US version of LoZ: TW has 2 versions, load the appropriate savefile.

you can still install homebrew on the 4.0 menu,if you have it installed already then update to 4.0,4.0 has an SD card channel allowing you too copy channels on to an SD card,so copy the homebrew channel and upload it,then others with 4.0 can just download the homebrew channel provided,put on SD card and move on too wii.But no one has uploaded yet so were out of luck til someone dose

idk if this would work but for the 4.0 menu version couldnt someone just make a powersave out of that because the wii is supposed to detect that hack but maybe it will be unrecognizable because its just a save... just a thought if anyone wants to try...

It didn't work for the 3.3, so it won't work for the 4.0. 4.0 blocks any non-nintendo save. You'll never be able to install the Homebrew Channel for a while (Estimated time, a few months).

ATTENTION!

Those of you who have Wii Firmware version 4.0 (Released today 3/25/09).

Do NOT update, if you do, you're temporaril screwed, and there is no way to downgrade. This update completely broke the process along with the trucha bug, and Twilight Hack completely destroyed.

If you do/did update, don't post a comment on help installing this on 4.0.

The only thing that will hurt your Wii is if you use the Twilight Princess game that is not the same region as your Wii, and if you do the update it asks you.

You're suppose to drag it to your SD card. Let's say I wanted a type of music file, I'll go with .mp3. I'll click, and drag it onto my Removable Storage Device. Then run the MPlayerWii, find your .mp3, select it, and it should play. It doesn't get any simpler than that. If you can't put music in, then unlock your SD card.

You need to have apps on your SD card. Create a folder in your SD card, and calli it apps. Then find some homebrew (Nickname for applications) you wish to launch (Gecko OS, Emulators etc). If you need any, I'll give you some.

Pick one of them. If they make your Wii make a loud noise, just hold the power button until your Wii is off. This doesn't do anything to your Wii. Then try the opposite one.

If you're on 3.4, it is recommended to downgrade. If you're on 3.3, you're still ok, but 3.2 would be best to be at.

No, i bought my wii when it was released (08/12/07 in france) and i had the first firmware. I updated it regularly until the latest, the 3.3 one.

I never tried to play imported game, but i believe it's possible.
