@SOADA7XKORNKAMELOT I don't know that I have a specific technique I follow but I got fast by playing in the car. I just switch between hands on the steering wheel and that's how I built up my left. :) It took probably 6 months or so. I did this song on practice pads and you can see my fingers a bit better in that. I initially learned from Derek Roddy's workout - 4 beats left hand, 4 right at 200+ BPM for 2 mins, then 8/8 for 2, 12/12 for 2, 16/16 for 2, then full blast L/R alternating for 2
@slashandbleed1 I agree! I'm in the process of learning the entire Colors album, then I'd like to move onto The Great Misdirect. It will be a while though. This was the first time I've gotten to play around on a set for 4+ months
