  • This movie put's me in the mood to shop for guns and ammo!

  • The portrayal of the squatters is not far fetched. After the 2001 collapse, the Argentinian government moved whole groups of poor people (much like Hoovervilles) to the rural areas. They had so many of these types in Buenos Aries, the elite didn't want the image of the city to be ruined.

  • Reminds me of "Red Dawn" without the success or victory... Thanks for posting.

  • I have to wonder in the event of an invasion like this how many people would go over to the enemy. How many of your friends and neighbors would inform, help, and fight along side of the invaders. It's an unpleasant ethical question.

We saw it happen with the Nazis and countless times in other nations. Who would be defiant in the face of death? Would you save your life at the cost of your soul?

  • @WhiteTrashBarbarian Remember the premiss of the show isn't an "Invasion" per se. It's a collapse of the national government to function. Your analogy with the Nazis is spot on through excellent comparison.

  • @paul4opus Thanks good point. I thought it was an interesting series.
