There are some awesome effects, here, but I think you overused the wiggle feature in some places, and you should have added motion blur to the layers affected by it so it would look more realistic.

So you recorded on a tripod, overlayed the footage without you in it, with the footage of you in it, added some wiggle so it didn't look like you used a tripod, then did some quick mask work. I'll agree with the guy below, the wiggle was a little too exaggerated but other than that it was good work. Oh and of course the tracking on the particle system in your hand was off on the second shot. Sorry bout the criticism, it helps you grow.

i goota pointout i was impressed that u kept the camera shake, it gave the illusions some authenticity. must be quite a bit of masking.. not sure how u did it thu lol!

The camera shake isn't real. It's the wiggle expression or used with VCP's Shake Plugin. It is well done. Not too much masking would have been involved, and simple animation :)
