If operative is anything like rogue in wow it will always be op. I have 10 85s macros a razer naga mouse keybinds etc.. A stealther will have the upper hand cause he has time to think about what he is going to do. It is easy to kill noobs as a rogue. Their was many a time I met my match and a toon would turn around and beat my ever loving ass. He knew his class and used his abilities.

IA/Smug were OP due to the combo of stealth, insane burst, plus stuns. Unlike actual armor, there will always be a time when your shield gets knocked down in wz. The ability to sneak next to someone, choose when to engage, get 1st strike, do enormous dps, stun, and then if the battle goes badly (hard to imagine when your opponent is reduced to under half health before they can react) restealth, and repeat this cycle was far too powerful. It is unfair that the nerf extends to PvE though.

Most nerf stories go something like this. Player was in PvP at level 30 to level 49. Their gear is very low level and not on par with their level. They weren't buffed, using stims, relics or cooldowns. They didn't use a damage absorb even though their class has one. They spammed one to three attacks over and over, didn't apply bleeds or debuffs. The person they were fighting was higher level then they were, in much better gear, and actually used the abilities they have. That's how a nerf happens

@visionofmalkav Sith Marauder can kill operatives with three buttons. Jedi Sage can kill players with 2. Smuggler can kill players with three. Look at some of these fights, not a single one of them hit their freedom buttons at all or burned cooldowns. Nobody to blame but themselves.
