I'm Finnish and I've lived in Tallinn for 2 years and those people are definitely not Finnish - they look like Russians or from a former soviet country and you also have Rucckii Yazik music in the backround, lol

Russians don't travel to Tallinn these days -it is EU now- much easier to get Finnish visa for shopping -this people are defintelly Finns, especially that Finns go to Tallinn exactly with a purpose to get drunk...In Soviet times Finns went to Pietary (Leningrad) to get drunk every weekend - some of them even didn't get to Pietari - they just cross the border and get drunk in the first border restoran in Viborg - special buses of drunk Finns were as common as trees in the forest those days...
