sdk bugs (they delay my games too)

perfection (valve has been known to build full games and delete them because it is not the best game ever)

other games (over the years l4d tf2 and portal have needed alot of attention)

My guess is it will be released in 2013 since they're already releasing Counter strike global offensive and dota 2 in 2012. And for those of you complaining, it's probably taking so long because it's gonna be an awesome game. If they rushed to satisfy their fans, the game probably wouldn't be nearly as good.
